Amazing 🤩 we ordered ahead by 45 minutes or so and arrived to hot, tasty, fresh food. I haven’t had a better gf cheesesteak!!! Those who were there were self proclaimed celiacs and all went well afterwards. I will be back in the next few weeks… days… hours!

Look no further than 1OAK Sandwiches to satisfy all of your sandwich cravings! We offer an entire menu that can be made gluten-free upon request! We serve delicious, creative sandwiches you may not have had anywhere else! Did I mention that we also have GF mac & cheese AND GF loaded mac?! We also offer GF cherry pie bars, one of the owner's favorite desserts, always made GF! There is so much to love about our menu here at our food truck, unlimited options for someone who has to be GF! Many of us with celiac or gluten intolerance/allergy feel like we lack options or feel left out when we go to order food, but we don't want anyone feeling left out, so we made sure you wouldn't have to be! Our entire staff is trained in-depth on GF preparation and cross-contamination. We have separate spaces, utensils, fryers, and a space on our grill just for GF food! The owner of this establishment has celiac disease, as well as many of her family members, she is very well versed in what is and is not GF, and has developed the most delicious tasting GF menu offerings for her customers! Nobody gets left out here! Come try us out, we promise you won't be disappointed!

Oh YAY!! Sometimes you just want a sandwich that someone else prepares. I’m so thrilled to find another spot even closer to me and now I’m obsessed. I had the monte cristo GF and a salad and it was sooooo good.
That moment when they tell you the crispy shallots are gluten free because they know firsthand what it’s like to get home with your order and freak out not knowing if something is safe- it’s amazing to order food from people who get it. And my sandwich was SO GOOD!!

Every item on the menu can be made gluten free. The staff are all trained thoroughly to prevent cross contamination, they have an area for gluten free preparation. One of the owners of this food truck has celiac, so they understand how everything needs to be prepared for customers.
They have lots of sandwich options, salad, and even gluten free macaroni and cheese!! Definitely worth it!
