So impressed with waitstaff and management; they ensured that my food was both gluten and dairy free. The manager questioned one item and the chef wasn’t sure, so she made him throw it away and re make it.

Fabulous. My GF husband was in awe of the menu and numerous choices. Everyone we encountered talked about did prep and isolation from gluten containing products. He loved his meal. I ate a gluten meal (chicken piccata with gnocchi ) and it was excellent. Highly recommend

Just kind of a standard chain restaurant. Nothing to super wow, nothing bad. Especially good to bring the kids too. Food is (safe) quick, good, and affordable!

Love their large GF menu, it’s a dream come true to have so many choices! Also, the extra care they take to carefully prepare the food gives me peace of mind. Our waitress Tracy and her trainee Jill were excellent. Not only were they efficient and knowledgeable but also personable and pleasant! Thanks for your great service. The cheesecake with fig sauce and whipped cream was unbelievable 😋

I have eaten here several times and never gotten sick. The staff is very knowledgeable and my food is brought out separately by a manager to prevent cross contamination. It also has a little flag in it that says “allergy”. My mom is also dairy free and they have been able to accommodate her as well. Very safe and very delicious. It’s not cheap but it’s worth it.

Amazing experience! There are not many gf options in this area, so to have this one amazing restaurant is awesome. As soon as I walked in they asked if we needed a gluten free menu which was nice. Waitress was nice and informative. Had fried pickles, cheese steak sandwich, and onion rings all gluten free!!

I was blown away by this restaurant. We were asked if anyone had celiac when we walked in. I ordered the 110 caprese chicken, a fried chicken breast topped with pesto, cheese, and a balsamic reduction. The manager brought my meal out, and it had a special marker in the chicken too. Meal was delicious, and I didn’t react at all. Wish I lived closer so I could come back and try everything!

I am so disappointed in 110 Holyoke. After *years* of never having a problem at a 110 Grill. Tonight I got a to-go chicken Caesar salad - the classic and simplest of GF restaurant foods. The salad was packaged separately from the other items and each box had a GF label with an employee signature. The grilled chicken had bits of other food stuck to it, including pieces of broccoli and an entire strand of pasta. Called them to let them know and they said they’d take it off the bill but the carelessness tonight has ruined this place for me.

They take your allergies seriously! We ordered To Go. Each item had a sticker stating with which allergy in mind that dish had been prepared, signed by whoever prepared it. I'm not the "chain restaurant" type, but 110 Grill made us feel safe food wise, and we will order more! All with a smile, thank you!

Had a cross contamination issue and got very sick after ordering takeout. When I called and talked with the manager to warn him about the mix up, he said I was making it up and that could never happen in their kitchen. Would never go there again after that.

GREAT! We walked in and the hostess asked us immediately if we wanted a GF menu. We told her it’s the whole reason we were there. After being seated, we told our waitress about Celiac. She then had the manager come over, as standard practice. The manager told us all about the GF menu and separate areas in the kitchen as well as dedicated fryers. We ordered the banging shrimp, fried pickles, steak tips, and the ribeye with fried onion straws. My husband also ordered the GF bottled beer cakes Omission. It was pricey at $7.50 a bottle (yikes). Overall a great experience and we will return!!

They have an entire gluten free menu, however, almost everything on the menu can be made gluten free by changing out the pasta/bread. It was explained to us that everything that goes in the fryer is g-free, so we were able to enjoy French fries for the first time in a long time. The waitstaff and chefs were all really knowledgeable, helpful and careful with our order. We will definitely be back!

GF orders arrive from manager directly with an allergy flag. Servers are extremely knowledgeable about food allergies. I am both gluten and dairy free and the only downside was only one dairy free desert option. Separate GF kitchen area and fryer so lots of portions for meals and apps. Highly recommend

Celiac friendly. Separate fryers. Many, many options. We got calamari, 2 kids Mac n cheese (1 with pulled pork), bbq chx nachos, and buff chx flatbread. All gluten free. I ordered 1 hard cider and 1 soda was charged. The bill was $80! So pretty pricy! The service was pretty slow as well. We have eaten at the Albany ny location before and wasn’t quite as slow.

I love how attentive they are to any kind of allergy. I’m always well taken care of when I go there!

Great gluten free food. A little pricey.

Great gf menu. Knowledgeable about contamination and allergies. They had apps, drinks, meals of all sorts (including buns, pasta, flatbread), and a lot of other options. Even had chocolate cake for dessert. I can’t wait to go back.

Went here with my daughter after shopping. Ordered our food. Appetizer came out gluten free and was delicious. My meal came out WITH the allergy pick in it BY the manager. It was delicious. After I was 3/4 done with my meal the manager ran out with a new meal for me and told me to stop eating as they had given me the gluten version of the meal instead. I was very sick for over a week as I’m a celiac and that much gluten really made me horribly sick. I was satisfied with how it was handled after the fact but it should not have happened to begin with and I will probably never go back.

They might take allergies seriously but their food was a joke. They brought out my meal - cod, green beans, fries and the cod tasted like dishwater and the green beans were smushed and sloppy. I sent it back and the staff were kind and let me order a salad to go. The salad is pathetic. For the price it’s not worth it. Having allergies means we make most if not all our meals to avoid sickness so when I go out it better be worth the money. No thanks. Won’t return.
Yes
Our new favorite place. They take allergies seriously and they have an entire diverse gluten free menu. The food is fantastic and the managers make sure if you order gluten free, that it is gf. They dont share counter space or anything. I dont worry about what I order and did I mention the food is great! Plus people not gf will find things they love too.

July 16, 2019, lunch. Ate GF Cuban sandwich, sweet potato fries and a flat bread pizza. Fantastic meal and absolutely no problem with cross-contamination.
July 14, 2019, dinner. Wow. They take GF seriously. Fantastic gluten-free meal. Completely safe. Dedicated kitchen space, fryer, and even servers (the manager on shift). Posted photos of menu and my pulled pork mac-n-cheese.

I’ve gone here about 3 times now, haven’t gotten sick once and the food is delicious. Highly recommend the pulled pork Mac and cheese and and the crab dip appetizer is amazing, they have a dedicated fryer and ask you right at the door as you walk in if you need a gluten free menu. It’s a nice change to be able to eat at a mall for once, makes me feel a little more normal.

Amazing GF menu, super clean, great people, delish food! Had fried pickles, firecracker shrimp, fried chicken cordon blue sandwich, onion straws. They have the allergy concerns totally figured out, KUDOS to them! This is my dream restaurant!

My understanding is 110 Grill started as a gluten free restaurant chain and then added items with gluten. Probably the most extensive gluten free menu I’ve ever seen. I assumed the dessert had gluten until the waitress informed me otherwise. Everything I’ve eaten here has been delicious and I’ve never gotten sick. It’s now one of my go-to spots.
Yes
Been here so many times I’ve lost count. Never had an issue and there’s a whole menu to choose from! Staff is always courteous and willing to double check if you are worried about ingredients. Managers are kind and knowledgeable about the food as well. 10/10

These guys have a separate menu and use a separate fryer for items. The gluten free food is amazing; I had the fish and chips and my wife had the chicken piccata and they were some of the best gluten free options we have had in awhile. Check these guys out and you won’t be disappointed.

Great meal again. I'm celiac and am always treated with care. Today Jeffery was our server. He too was awesome.
This place is fantastic! They have an extensive gluten free menu with dedicated gluten free space and a dedicated fryer. They are 100% committed to being allergy friendly. I highly recommend.

We couldn’t be happier! The food was fantastic!! The service was great (Jacob in Holyoke was the best)! Well informed servers & managers, a FULL dedicated gf menu. Knowledge & standards far surpassed any expectation I could’ve had. My daughter & I have a new favorite spot.

Celiac’s beware!!! I rarely write a negative review but feel compelled to do so now. Tried this restaurant because there were quite a few positive reviews. Informed the server of my celiac diagnosis as well as a shellfish allergy for my daughter. Ordered the spinach dip appetizer and adamantly made sure the server knew of our allergies. Their menu/website states that a manger will deliver the food. Someone other than our server delivered the dip with a toothpick in it indicating gluten free and he even stated “here is your gluten free, shellfish free” spinach dip. Fortunately my son noticed the rye toast wedges stuck in the dip and commented that they did not look gluten free. We asked our server, who took the dip away, discussed it with the man who had delivered it, and then returned to the table to ask if anyone had eaten any of it! 😮. My son watched to make sure that they actually made us a new one and didn’t just pull the toast out and replace it with the gf buns. Never received an apology and never saw the “manager” again. For dinner ordered the shrimp risotto. The shrimp was horribly overcooked and rubbery! Barely ate any of it. Overall the meal was quite disappointing and a lot scary! Will certainly never go back!

I am a symptomatic celiac and frequently develop symptoms after eating at restaurants. 110 Grill exceeded my expectations. Upon walking in, we were immediately asked if anyone in our party had gluten allergies. After sitting down at the table, the server immediately asked about food allergies as well. This made me feel very secure and confident in the restaurant. They have a gluten free menu that includes ALL of their menu items; I was not lacking in anything compared to my gluten-eating friends. The fryers are dedicated gluten free. Overall, I felt very safe eating at 110 Grill and will be going back.

We asked the hostess for a GF menu, and received it. Told the waiter about Celiac, needed completely GF good, and he noted it on the slip. The hamburger bun tasted too good, so we double checked with the waiter, who checked with the kitchen. He said it was not GF, and they would make another one(?). The kitchen manager came out and apologized. We told her to share with her staff the effects of their actions were going to have. No one else came to the table after that. We had to stop someone as we left to leave our contact information since we didn’t know what we owed. This was the second time. We will never return.
