While I was able to eat without getting sick, the food is not very flavorful. If you don't like spicy food, this is your place. I do live 7 miles from Mexico, though, so I'm used to authentic Mexican, and this is not it.

This was disappointing. I got a tamale which obviously had been frozen and stuck in the microwave to heat up. When the waitress served it, it was way too hot to eat. It took about 10 minutes to cool down enough to eat. Even then the cheese burned the roof of my mouth. They were expensive for what they are and bland. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience. They may have gluten free options. But I won’t be returning.

nice restaurant, separate but limited GF menu. Baked chips given as regular tortilla chips are fried in shared fryer. Server even brought me my own salsa dish to avoid cross contamination. Food was ok, plenty of it...but it was not my style of Mexican food. Too jazzed up for me but I appreciated the effort put into caring for my meal.
Delicious food and knowledgeable servers and kitchen staff. Huge portions. GF menu is limited, but includes tacos, chips, and fajitas and salads.
The staff was very knowledgeable. There was a great selection for gluten-free and were even able to answer questions about dairy as well. I do wish there was kid size plate options available.
It was okay. I didn't get sick.
love abuelos!! defiantly a great place to go especially if you have other allergies besides gluten as well. The head chef came to the table and talked to me about my allergies and helped pick the best meal for me.
I had the tamales and they were.., AMAZING

This is ok most of the time. They do have a gf menu, and most of the servers we've had have an awareness of the gf menu. They will bring out baked chips on request. We seem to keep going there anyways until we noticed a pattern: we always order the chicken nuggets for our son, and a few times they have come out raw in the middle. Um, gross. After a few occasions of that we stopped going.

Poor service and overall knowledge of gluten free options. ***chips are NOT gluten free. The food was ok, but not impressive.
They do have a gluten-free menu with tacos, fajitas, tamales, salad, and dessert. They’ll make you fresh, gluten-free chips that are baked, not fried, for safety. My husband and I both ordered fajitas (mine GF and his not) and they sent the tortillas in the same container. Mine were corn tortillas wrapped up and his were flour tortillas underneath. We just carefully got mine out without touching anything else but next time I’ll specifically ask for them to be separate. I wouldn’t have thought they’d put them together.

Very few GF options. They made me some GF chips but they didn’t arrive until just before our meal. They do not have ala-cart menu options. I ordered the ground beef enchilada and they brought me steak. The guacamole was excellent..it was the only redeeming experience. Service was extremely slow and inattentive.

Very little gluten free options, which is extremely disappointing considering its a Mexican restaurant. Additionally after already asking about gluten I was served chips that weren't gluten free.

There is a separate gluten sensitive corner on the menu with enough choices. And I couldn’t choose and the chef made a surprise dinner for me. Super tasteful and super nice. 10/10. Can I move this restaurant to the Netherlands? ;-)
