Very limited gluten sensitive menus but the food is still amazing….. the server even asked if I wanted baked chips instead of the fried chips as they are fried in the same frier as everything else.
Even tho the menu items are limited the food and service is great. Not celiac safe******

Typical “gluten sensitive” environment. Dont risk it if you are ncgs or celiac.
Ordered from GS menu:
Sweet Tea
Gluten Sensitive Chips & Salsa Inferno
Nima Tested & Passed: Honey/Chile Pork Tenderloin, charro beans & veggies
Staff did say that the menu is GLUTEN SENSITIVE because they cannot guarantee the meal will be entirely gluten free.
my wife only has half of a colon due to celiac we have tried the gluten-free menu 3 times each time reducing the items and each time a bowel explosion worse than the last the Manager says it's gluten sensitive not gluten-free

Great food, good menu, even make specialty gf chips. Never had a problem with cross contamination, most of the family is gf and never had a problem! We love it!
I brought my own plantain chips. When I asked if a specific dish (tilapia) could be made gluten-free, the manager came over to discuss it with me. The cook prepared it with a different sauce so that it would be gluten-free. I was impressed with how accommodating they were, and the food was delicious. It should be noted that I am not celiac, so I am not as sensitive to cross-contamination.

Though my wife ordered the gluten free chips and a gluten free meal from their menu, there was some cross contamination. My wife is highly sensitive to gluten from her celiac and with 10 minutes she knew she had gluten. For what she ate, she said it was delicious but unfortunately she was sick before we even left

They do have a gluten-free menu with tacos, fajitas, tamales, salad, and dessert. They’ll make you fresh, gluten-free chips that are baked, not fried, for safety. My husband and I both ordered fajitas (mine GF and his not) and they sent the tortillas in the same container. Mine were corn tortillas wrapped up and his were flour tortillas underneath. We just carefully got mine out without touching anything else but next time I’ll specifically ask for them to be separate. I wouldn’t have thought they’d put them together.

Very few GF options. They made me some GF chips but they didn’t arrive until just before our meal. They do not have ala-cart menu options. I ordered the ground beef enchilada and they brought me steak. The guacamole was excellent..it was the only redeeming experience. Service was extremely slow and inattentive.

Very little gluten free options, which is extremely disappointing considering its a Mexican restaurant. Additionally after already asking about gluten I was served chips that weren't gluten free.

There is a separate gluten sensitive corner on the menu with enough choices. And I couldn’t choose and the chef made a surprise dinner for me. Super tasteful and super nice. 10/10. Can I move this restaurant to the Netherlands? ;-)
