Review of Acova

Everything was delicious. We started with the artichoke fritters. I had the gf lobster mac n cheese add jalapeños for some spice. Texture of the pasta was perfection. My food came out with a stick that said gluten free on it. Items that are already gf say gf on the menu and items that can be made gf say gfo for gluten free option. Dedicated fryers. The owner I believe or chef has celiac so I felt very safe with the procedures.
