Review of Acova

I have Celiacs and have been to Acova a number of times. I have never reacted (I am very sensitive to cross contamination) and the staff is very knowledgeable. I have been very impressed by the number of gluten free dishes available (even desserts) and the quality and flavor of every dish I've tried. Beyond my Celiac considerations, the restaurant itself is a very pleasant environment and the staff is always prompt and friendly. I will be frequenting this restaurant and would highly recommend to anyone on a gluten free diet or just simply looking for a great place to eat with incredible food!
