Pleasantly surprised with the Maple Leaf Lounge in the international departures area. Not a ton of options, but very tasty and staff knowledgeable.

Currently the options include a delicious quinoa/broccoli/chickpea salad, a basic salad bar, and a custom chicken rice meal. Everything is labeled with allergen info. There’s an area with choice of 4 hot food meals made to order, including tacos and pasta. The chicken from the tacos is GF, and they have a big pot of rice on the counter. I had her add tomatoes, green onions and lime. Boom, nice GF meal.

I was in the lounge for 6 hours on a layover, so had plenty of opportunity to try anything I could.

I am not very sensitive to gluten, so no idea how much CC there is. The salad bar is buffet, but there are no items with gluten mixed into the area with anything GF, so it seems fairly safe.
