The waitress named Joe served me and he was very knowledgeable, and said his wife was celiac. They change gloves have a dedicated space, separate fryer and bring out different oil for their GF bread. They do not have a dedicated oven so none of their pizza is safe.

They have separate GF bread which is complementary, they make it from scratch and it’s really good. They use the ancient grain noodles from Whole Foods for their pasta
