I had the gluten-free pasta and it was amazing. They also had the best gluten-free bread that I’ve ever had in my life! They said that they make the pasta and bread in house and make sure that it is celiac safe and I had no reactions. When I spoke to them about dessert they said the only dessert that they had was made outside of their facility and had the possibility of cross-contamination because that bakery does not make sure that it is gluten free, only gluten sensitive, so I avoided it. They can modify some of the dishes to make them gluten-free that are not marked, they made me a gluten-free/vegan Bolognese with beef… the gf pasta is a penne.
