Myself and my young daughter are celiac and we went quite a distance out of our way to stop in for lunch. I loved my pear and pecan flatbread and she loved her breakfast sandwich. The chocolate banana bread muffins were also deadly. I was kind of disappointed in the lemon poppyseed muffin. It was kind of dry. My non celiac people agreed that the bread was deadly but their sandwiches were just okay. Hey thought they lacked seasoning or sauce needed for flavour. I will 100% go back if I’m ever in the area again.

These are the best gf cupcakes in the city. They also do full-sized cakes (advance order needed) and have vegan options.

I also especially love their breakfast sandwiches.

Recommend the other location more for a true breakfast but good for bakery goods. We had the sandwiches but they were pretty small and not as good of quality as their other location. Energy balls were 10/10.

Everything has always been amazing here! They offer a bunch of pastry and sandwich options that are all delicious. You wouldn't even know anything here was gluten free. The cupcakes are always a great choice, and they always rotate the flavours. A bunch of dairy free options too, and they have a freezer with some other stuff, and they have an espresso bar. Service is also always great.

Fantastic service & options. Moist & delicious gluten free pastries - rare for me to find anything moist!! Highly recommend the flourless almond orange cake and blueberry muffin. Great coffee too with non-dairy milk options. The menu is expansive too, worth visiting.

Celiac heavan. An easy breakfast suggestion if you want to have a good breakfast out with a group but don’t want to share the suggestion because it’s all gluten free. Everyone loved it.

Wow! What a gorgeous little place. It obviously has a good following as there were people popping in and out for orders. It’s a joy when a place is wholly GF and therefore you have to CHOOSE! But I’m not used to that so struggled…husband to the rescue and we shared! We tried the avocado melt and the cheddar, pecan and apple flatbread. Both delicious. Decided to hang about a bit and had a chocolate chip cookie and cinnamon bun. Would definitely recommend this and I wish it was nearer home….but that might not be good for my waistline!

What a wonderful sandwich shop! Best gluten-free crusty bread I’ve ever tasted. Good selection, option to customize your sandwich. I ate here three times during a recent trip to Toronto. No problem at all. And the staff are all very pleasant.

I have been here a few times. Friendly staff, great food. The cinnamon buns are unbelievably good, if they are available I always get one, you’d never know they were gluten-free. I also love the bagels sandwiches. So good!! Brownies and cupcakes are delicious too.
