No GF food at buffet or dessert station. Many items were marked vegan, but no mention of GF. Lots of cross contact at the buffet. There were crumbs from nearby sandwiches on the cheese platters. My husband talked to the kind chef and he thought the only thing safe for me would be the broccoli. He offered to cook me some individually so it would be safe. He also said he had some packaged GF bread. However, when the bread came out, it had been toasted and we were sure it was toasted in a shared toaster. Sure enough, the toasted bread came back Gluten Found on my Nima. The broccoli and pea pods tested GF and were very good.
We were shocked at the lack of GF offerings in the Centurion Lounge. Don't count on eating much here, but do ask to speak to someone about your choices as staff was kind and eager to help.
