I'm a Celiac and wasn't expecting much, but after I found their online menu, I tried it. When I asked for no bun, I was asked if it was for an allergy. As soon as I said yes, the cashier yelled over to the food prepper to change his gloves and clean the counter! I was very pleased! My rosy beef was placed in a bowl with a lid and placed on a tray separate from my kids' fries and cheese sticks. It was so nice to have a bit more confidence in a restaurant claiming to be GF friendly!
Yes
Potato Cakes & Homestyle Fries* may be cooked in the same oil as Chicken Patties, Crispy Chicken Fillets, Prime Cut™ Chicken Tenders*, Curly Fries, Fish Fillets, Jalapeno Bites®, Loaded Potato Bites®, Mozzarella Sticks, which contain a wheat allergen.
Very limited options, but the staff I talked to was kind and accommodating. We basically ordered a pile of meat w/cheese, but they packaged it separately from the rest of our food order.

Arby's turkey and ham are gluten-free and can be enjoyed with a gluten-free bun or lettuce wrap. The turkey and ham are slow-roasted and sliced fresh, providing a delicious, protein-packed meal option. Roast Beef: Arby's classic roast beef sandwich is gluten-free when served on a gluten-free bun.
No gluten free buns. Fries are cooked in the same fryer as gluten containing items. They were out of multiple other items that the rest of my party wanted to order. Employees did not care about being out of food or doing a decent job. If you need GF stay away
Register lady didn’t know what an allergy was, and when I said gluten free, the lady asked for the coupon. Will not return
