I called ahead to double check the Hill Country Salad (a favorite pre-celiac-diagnosis) could be made Gluten Free. YES!!! …. As long as no onion straws and the cornbread crouton on the salad. When I ordered I was impressed that our server placed a Celiac “marker” on the order. When I asked specifically about the dressing she did something on her order e-device and said “Yes, it is GF”. Good to know I can continue to enjoy the atmosphere of Austins.

This is a very nice dining establishment. They have a separate GF menu with a fair amount of options. I enjoyed the Combo of 1/4 Roasted chicken and Pork Ribs with Apple Cranberry Slaw for dinner. It was DELICIOUS! The service was great and with a smile, and the atmosphere in the bar area is comfy and lively. I will be back on my next trip to Fort Collins!

Great to be able to have a fancy dinner with folks, and be able to order the most popular items on the menu.

Have eaten here a few times and haven’t gotten sick. I always stick with the rotisserie chicken though just to be safe. Not exactly sure what else is GF here, will probably be back to try some of their other items.

The rotisserie chicken can't be beat! gf dedicated menu, just ask.
Yes
They offer gluten free crust and they have a gluten free menu but the burgers are mediocre
Very good! I got the buffalo burger with GF bun and veggies and I enjoyed it all!!

The bacon is awesome. Had it on my gf angus burger. Delicious! Great service too. Just make sure they are aware of the gluten allergy and they'll take care of you.
A year ago I would have given this place 5 stars. Not sure what happened (change in mgmt?) but food quality has gone down. Still the food is pretty good and it is great that they have a dedicated gluten free menu.
