Staff is super friendly and can point out what is and isn’t GF (most everything is besides pita). Very great food, a little pricey tho

I have celiacs and dairy free. I had the chicken shawarma, rice, veggies, and hummus. It was delicious and clean. Kameel is a hoot! Just make sure that the guy towards the end of the line who hands out the pita doesn’t touch your food. I felt fine afterwards. Looking forward to returning.

This place was excellent! It is in a business center so you might not expect much but the food was so flavorful! The menu was not labeled gf but the chef and owner (Kameel) was right there on the line and was happy to answer any questions when we double checked what was gf. We had rosemary chicken, lentils and potatoes and he threw in some chicken soup that was so delicious! He was super friendly and it was a great atmosphere. Don't miss this gem

Delicious food at my second visit. Staff said the falafel is GF but I definitely felt the signs of being glutenized after eating them. Stick with meat options and you should be good! Chicken schwarma, 1/2 rosemary baked chicken and salmon were the options.

My daughter attended a student conference in downtown and ate at Aviva. On her recollection, she ordered the Falafel, Lentil dish, potato and rice. Before ordering, she asked the staff if food was gluten, egg, nut and seafood free. The staff assured her not to worry because their food was gluten free and vegan… After half hour, she felt something weird. Fortunately, she threw up to rid off most of the food. Later, hives manifested on her body. She took Benadryl and thank God, she was okay after several hours.

Disappointed. Didn't have any gluten free options at all and offered some maybes. Perhaps this just midtown location but was a wasted trip for me

This place is a complete joy! I’m not sure how else to describe it! I have a severe allergy and I was met with a vegan and gluten free soup while waiting in line to order. The owner even walks around to personally greet his customers and gives out compliments left and right. The food is delicious, fresh and nearly entirely gluten free. Even the falafels are fried in a separate fryer! They’ve got incredible flavor and will be a favorite every time I come to Atlanta. Their sauces are also exceptional, I recommend trying all of them! This is a cafeteria style restaurant but don’t let it fool you, it’s soooooo good! This restaurant deserves more than the 5 stars!!!

Amazingly delicious food. Great atmosphere, employees and owner. I didn't have to worry about cross contamination. Everything but the bread was gf. I highly recommend this place. Real fresh food.

I have a really severe wheat/gluten allergy and this place was AMAZINGGGGG the food is absolutely phenomenal and the staff is super accommodating. Almost everything is gluten free except for maybe 2 items on the menu. Also very vegan friendly!

Gluten free items are marked and staff is knowledgeable. Falafels are fried in a separate fryer and are celiac safe. Essentially all items are gluten free except pita bread, 1-2 sides, and some desserts. Delicious food

Excellent service and there are signs explaining what is GF. They had several options plus dessert!
Good food and very few of their dishes contain gluten. Even though the line was long, it moved fairly quickly.
The owner is just so nice. The food is great. Best chicken schwarma. We eat here when we come for DragonCon and it’s something I look forward to every year.
WOW!! This place far exceeds what I was expecting! The ambiance and staff is 5 stars. If I could give the owner/chef a 10 I would! He is incredibly passionate about serving people with high quality ingredients and a passion for giving with his entire heart to every customer as he greets them. The food was AMAZING, service was fast and again very knowledgeable about allergies. GF and Vegan options are clearly listed. I did not feel sick after my dining experience. I recommend this hidden gem to anyone visiting. You have to try this place out and you also have to meet the wonderful owner!

Great place for lunch. Very friendly and helpful owner. Most of the menu is GF. Worth the visit.

I visited during a 90-minute lunch break from a conference at the Westin. There was a VERY long line but it moved relatively quickly (40 minutes). None of the menus are marked to indicate GF but I asked Kameel himself as he came quickly through the line handing out samples of soup and cookie bars (both GF and delicious). He said the line severs would know. All the sides are GF, they said. I had the lamb shawarma, which was so unbelievably tender and flavorful. Got grilled veggies and lentils as my sides. Have enough leftover for lunch tomorrow.

So very good. They even had a GF cake treat that they passed around for free while we were eating. I was a little nervous because of the assembly line feel, but I did not get sick. The food is so delicious, and the chef clearly loves his patrons. It does the heart good to go.

Amazing! Especially for quick service!!! Most everything is gf.

The owner showed me everything I could safely eat - it would’ve been easier to show me the few things on the menu that weren’t GF!

Love this place! The owner goes above and beyond to help. Staff has always been knowledgeable about gf options when I've eaten there. Food is great. The falafel is my favorite.

Friendly staff. I generally don't even like this type of food. Their falafel, quinoa, vegetables, etc were delicious.

There is no "gluten free menu". You must directly talk to the owner to find out what is gluten free. No one working there knows what gluten even is except the owner. Food was great but I'm very upset with the customer service and lack of educated employees.
Servers had no clue what was gluten free and what wasn't. One guy told me the baklava was GF, and the owner said NO WAY! I told everyone on the assembly line that I had a serious gluten allergy and they STILL plopped a large lump of bread on my plate right before checkout. The owner is a very nice and knowledgeable man, but the workers are clueless about allergens.
Great food and the chef/owner even talked with us about all of the GF options.
I am surprised this is rated high for celiac. They only had one gluten free option which was rice and vegetable mix when I visited. Not much effort to help and did not seem to know which menu items for gluten-free.
Wonderful to say gluten free and the servers pointed out all my options!! Heaven!
This place is fantastic. There's a lot that's gluten free, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. When I told them I had to have gluten free and had never had this type of food before, Kameel himself came out and loaded my plate with a little of everything that was gluten free. It was a wonderful experience in a city that hasn't shown itself to be very gluten free friendly.

Excellent food! And the chef makes everyone who comes through his door feel special!
Super delicious but I got sick.

Kameel is the most hospitable restaurant host I have ever met, and the food is fantastic! Eating totally gluten free and SAFE is easy. 95% of the food doesn't have flour as an ingredient so you have more than three choices, too. I've eaten here twice in one weekend. (Disclaimer: I am not celiac, but doctors believed I was so I did the research and was strictly GF, no CV, for six months.)

Always a wonderful experience! And he only used olive oil!

This is a Mediterranean restaurant. Kameel is a world-class chef and act! All of his are organic. He is both vegan and gluten free friendly. I work near here and it there often. It is pricey but you get what you pay for. He cares very much for his customers and will take extra measures for food sensitivities. He knows I cannot eat gluten. One I ordered something and he told me that it contained gluten and offered to make me a gluten free version. They regularly have gluten free cookies and at times cakes and muffins that they make on site. I have never once gotten sick eating there.
