The gluten free pizza truly was too good to be true. Som has been sick terribly since that meal. Please do a better job of sourcing and protecting against cross contamination

Celiac

Don't eat here if you have Celiac. Ordered side salad that was brought out with croutons and had a GF sandwich and I felt awful afterwards. The GF pizza is cooked on the same surface as the regular pizza. Food tastes good but not worth the risk, at least for me.

Best GF Pizza I've Found Backcountry uses true artisan pizza DOUGH (not pre-baked crusts) from Wild Flour Bakery. It's so "normal" that I questioned the staff the first few times because I didn't believe it was gluten free! I went there the first time because it's a favorite brew house of my brother (who eats /drinks gluteny), but enjoyed the pizza so much that I've taken each of my kids there as a special treat. It's a bit pricey for gf pizza ($5 up charge on a 12" pizza), but very good. Goat cheese is definitely available (be clear if you want that in place of mozzarella instead of on top of it); I can't recall if they have a dairy free cheese. Average service for a bar/pub style restaurant.
