Bagel Time

I had been getting gf bagels here for about 7 months and all was well, they tasted great and had no reactions! Then my mom went to buy me a dozen gf bagels, she was assured they were the gluten free ones. When i cut it open before toasting it i noticed it seemed more fluffy, bigger and less dense than normal. I thought i was overthinking it, since my mom was told they were gluten free and made sure to double check with them. I put it in my gf toaster and a couple hours later i had the worst reaction i’ve ever had. I had the bagel with cheese (that i always use and is safe), and cold cuts (that i always use and are certified gf). I had to get a new toaster and my reaction was so bad i went to the hospital. never again will i get bagels from there and i hope this review will help prevent another celiac from getting glutened.

Hands down, best gluten free bagels I've had! They keep their gluten free bagels separate from the regular ones and I've never reacted to cross contamination.
