One of my favorite GF places. The only gluten they have there is the bun on the burger - they only have tamari sauce no soy sauce used. AMAZING. Couldn’t recommend more 🍣🧡

Bamboo sushi is delicious and very safe! Almost everything on the menu is gluten free, and the 2 gluten containing items are clearly marked. They only use gluten free soy sauce. If you tell your server you have celiac or a gluten allergy, they’ll make a note for the kitchen. I’ve eaten here several times and never gotten sick. The food is so good and gluten free sushi is so hard to find!

Edit 4/2024 They have changed (and improved) their menu. They still have only a few items that are not gluten free, but the new menu ADDS a gluten containing item in the sockeye salmon nigiri yakumi style. This is used in a couple additional items so be careful of the sockeye salmon nigiri!!

Original review Awesome place. Everything but 2 items (both buns) is gluten free. Safe fryer. Safe desserts. And really good and fresh sushi. Highly recommend.

Only items marked with G have gluten and everything else is GF including the tempura. So nice to pick just about anything on the menu and not have to go through with a fine toothed comb. Also just tamari sauce, no soy. Food was delicious. Had a bunch of special rolls and cauliflower starter. Didn’t get sick!

Pretty good sushi, not the best I’ve ever had but definitely on the good scale. Happy that most things were gluten free without worrying about cross contamination. Rolls were great.
