I would suggest that Celiacs pass on this place. I ordered the salmon, which is marked GF on the menu and advertised on their social media as entirely GF with no modifications. The server knew enough to say that they had been swapping the veg out recently to their Brussels sprouts, which are breaded and fried, but that they could sub in another veg. Great! I’ll do that. It came out with another veg on the side but still had Brussels sprouts. They replated it but I think the salmon itself may have been fried in the (not dedicated) fryer. Worse, they suggested that because the fryer is at 350 degrees that should remove any concern about cross contamination. I explained that wasn’t how cross contamination works. Really disappointed and waiting to see if I get sick. (The server was really nice and was trying, I don’t mean this to reflect on her. But I wouldn’t eat there again if I was local.)

This was my first experience eating gf at this restaurant. I liked that their gf meals were easily marked and that they had gf substitutes for pasta. I don’t know how much variety they have in their pasta. I ordered penne and had gf rotini substituted. The server was good about double checking their desserts and salad substitutes.

Waiters were wonderful. When I told them I had celiac and asked them to change their gloves when preparing my food our waiter was super kind. Food was great!
