Beckon was honestly superb. They gave me a gluten-free *and* vegetarian tasting menu, including what appeared to be homemade gluten-free bread. Per the last review, they might make the regular and GF bread in the same oven, I’m not sure and didn’t ask, but I’m pretty sensitive and had no issues with the bread. Everything else, including my spouse’s non-GF dishes, appeared to be either naturally GF or very easily modifiable. They even brought me a GF cookie as part of the dessert. This was one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had.

The chefs can accommodate gf but there’s no dedicated cooking space. All breads and desserts are baked in a shared oven so they are not fully gf.
