Beshoffs Sea Grill

Grabbed dinner here after doing the cliff walk - they don’t have a GF menu or options marked, but my waiter was very knowledgeable about the options and would’ve marked it himself but couldn’t find a pen. There’s a lot of options, and they can modify their fish and chips to be GF - not battered, though, just grilled. Chips are in a separate fryer. That’s what I had and didn’t seem to be any contamination as I haven’t reacted (and I’m super sensitive)! Tasted amazing, too - some of the best mushy peas I’ve ever had, and I’m usually iffy on them.

Had a lovely time in Beshoffs. Nothing is marked on the menu as gf but there are lots of things that can be made gf, once mentioned to a waiter. I went for the grilled octopus and fish & chips which were both lovely. Can ask for the fish grilled instead of battered and fried which I have done a couple of times there
