I ate at the Newark restaurant. Online they state that they can make their steaks gluten free, so I asked the waitress, and she asked the chef. They couldn’t. I ordered the pizza and it was barely edible. They didn’t cut the crust all the way through, so I had to tear at it. Literally tear at it as was impossible to cut through. The taste was terrible as well. Too bad as I used to be able to eat there, but there were only a few things on the menu that I could eat, and I won’t be going back for the pizza. I do appreciate the waitress and the honesty of the chef.

They have gluten free pizza, burger in a gluten free bun and a gluten free chocolate chip cookie "pizookie," which is a cookie with ice cream. We've dined here on several occasions in California and in Orlando and never had a problem with my celiac daughter.

I had the kale and roasted beet salad with salmon. The salmon was delicious and I ate it all right away. Overall experience was good.

Food tasted great but they got my order wrong through the online order system. Also the salad portion was skimpy.
I have enjoyed this restaurant before knowing I had celiac. The gluten free options were small. They had a chicken breast with a chimichurri sauce which was good, but small, some green beans and I traded out something for a small salad. It tasted good but was still hungry afterward. The waitress did talk to the cook and they made sure to check ingredients, and I wasn't glutened so it went fine.
NOT CELIAC SAFE!!! Hostess provided GF menu. When I told the server I have celiac and asked him to let the kitchen know to treat it as a severe allergy he replied all he could do was type in “allergy” on the order. Sure enough, the 1st salad had tortilla strips (which were requested NOT to be on it per allergy menu!), which I discovered on my 2nd bite. He apologized and took it back to the kitchen. He brought another salad, which looked ok at the top but as I started eating, they had removed the chicken, but left tortilla strips throughout. I alerted the server and he apologized. Didn’t eat anything else, left feeling nauseous and spent the night being sick.

Gluten Free Pizookie!! super delicious, however only comes in the chocolate chip and I had a burger with gluten free bun and the bun was pretty flavorless and not a pleasant consistency.
The waiter did not know much about how the GF food was prepared in the kitchen. Menu was not great. We are dairy free too.
I want to come here on EVERY special occasion so I can get GF pazookie! (Fresh baked cookie with a huge scoop of ice cream on top) it literally melts in ur mouth. Their pizza was good although my GF go-to here is the Santa Fe salad
Waiter was very well aware of gluten free menu and made sure to notify management that I was se stove to gluten!
I have celiac disease and I'm currently at a bj's in Carlsbad. There is a mistake on the menu. It says that you can have the seasoned wedge cut fries but NOT the kid's seasoned wedge cut fries. I just asked the waiter and they made a mistake. If you can't have gluten stay away from all of the fries at BJ's. Be careful guys! If I hadn't read every little thing I would have ordered fries and gotten sick.
Great service. Gluten free knowledgable. Great pizza.
There is a separate GF menu. The staff is knowledgeable and the person who delivered my meal also has celiac. I have a pepper and potato allergy as well as gluten. A person from the kitchen came out to confirm my order. I felt safe and the food was very good.

I was pleasantly surprised at how well both my waitress and the kitchen staff understood the need to avoid cross-contamination in the kitchen with my food! The food was carefully made under the head cooks guidance, they marked it, and brought it out separately to ensure that nothing would happen to it while preparing other foods. My hamburger was delicious and I even enjoyed the gluten free bun they gave me!
Best of all, I never once got sick from it after we left! I'd go back again!

I went to Bj’s Brewhouse and had the Baja bowl with only vegetables. About 30 minutes after eating I got very ill. I’ve eaten there a few other times, but had pizza or salad. I didn’t get sick any of those times.

Ordered the burger with gluten free bun. Looked too good to be true, but receipt (was a to go order) said gluten free in huge letter so I thought oh surely... Nope. So sick

I wish I could give zero stars. Told the waiter twice I have celiacs, he brought out my food and I took one bite and knew it was gluten. Do not come if you have celiac I got sick eating here.
