No gluten free options so we went somewhere else

While many reviews on here, and their website claim that they gave a specified gluten sensitive menu, we discovered that they had recently gotten rid of it. There were also items that the website said could be prepared gluten sensitive (spinach dip), but we were told could not be. Over all very disappointing experience as it had such good reviews on here. It may have been a really good option at some point but now it aint all that.

They had a separate gluten-sensitive menu with many choices. Food was delicious and neither of us felt at all sick afterwards!

They took extra care with my food-cooked my steak in the oven in a separate pan and made my salad from the back with no risk of cross contamination of croutons.

So good! I ordered the gluten free pizookie and they prepared it with clean utensils in a clean area, and brought out the cookie and ice cream separate. Tasted so good!!!

My celiac child was so excited to be able to order an appetizer, meal, and a dessert. The pizza is big enough to share. Our server was amazing and was asking questions and providing information about the ingredients even when we didn’t ask. Very impressed!!!

I have now visited multiple times with consistently great experiences. My favorite is the GF broccoli cheese soup - I can’t get that anywhere else. But their GF menu is large! Fries/chips are cross-contaminated but still lots of options!

I had high hopes for this location as I have had great experiences at another Bj’s out of state. Unfortunately, we did not have a great experience as my daughter’s burger came out with a gluten bun, which made her cry and feel unsafe eating the burger the remade her with the GF bun she requested the first time. Also, I ordered a GF pizza with no cheese due to dairy allergy and my pizza came out with cheese on it. The waitress even read our large order back to me before giving it to the kitchen and told them they would put the allergy alert on everything. After the issues occurred she kept saying the kitchen staff gets really nervous with allergy orders and have had a lot of problems with them. She also said, “I knew that bun looked too good to be true gluten free.” Well then why would she still serve it? This did not help anything and made me wonder what else may include gluten or be cross contaminated. I would give this location zero stars if I could, and needless to say I do not recommend and will not be returning.

Dining out with 3 celiacs is always an adventure. We found this place along our route for a road trip and were pleasantly surprised. Good menu, friendly service and none of us got ill. That makes for a big win in our books. The icing on the cake was a gluten free “pazookie”- warm chocolate chip cookie with vanilla ice cream. Yum! We rarely get dessert out so it really was five stars for us. The one gluten-eater among us also enjoyed his meal!

Our server was very considerate and while he did not know some things on the menu he knew most and even went back to double check with the head chef. The chef personally offered ideas for something that would suit me and made it himself. They even have dessert! By far one of the best gluten free meals I’ve had from a restaurant!

There is a separate GF menu. The staff is knowledgeable and the person who delivered my meal also has celiac. I have a pepper and potato allergy as well as gluten. A person from the kitchen came out to confirm my order. I felt safe and the food was very good.

I was pleasantly surprised at how well both my waitress and the kitchen staff understood the need to avoid cross-contamination in the kitchen with my food! The food was carefully made under the head cooks guidance, they marked it, and brought it out separately to ensure that nothing would happen to it while preparing other foods. My hamburger was delicious and I even enjoyed the gluten free bun they gave me!
Best of all, I never once got sick from it after we left! I'd go back again!

I went to Bj’s Brewhouse and had the Baja bowl with only vegetables. About 30 minutes after eating I got very ill. I’ve eaten there a few other times, but had pizza or salad. I didn’t get sick any of those times.

Ordered the burger with gluten free bun. Looked too good to be true, but receipt (was a to go order) said gluten free in huge letter so I thought oh surely... Nope. So sick

I wish I could give zero stars. Told the waiter twice I have celiacs, he brought out my food and I took one bite and knew it was gluten. Do not come if you have celiac I got sick eating here.
