Review of Blanco Cocina + Cantina

Went to dinner here last night and it was great to have so many choices-only 3 things on menu were not gluten free. I have celiac and did not have any reactions. I loved being able to have chips and queso! The Carne Asada tacos were delicious, I did a soft corn tortilla but you could also choose a hard corn shell. The waitress was very knowledgeable about gluten free/cross contamination.
