The food was outstanding! We got the vegi sandwich with the Brazilian cheese bread and the mochi doughnuts. Both are naturally gluten free so we didn't have to worry about any miscommunication. The bread and the waffles were both soft and fluffy. Can't wait to come again to explore more options!

I’d ordered DoorDash and marked allergy but seems like it wasn’t communicated. Got sick right after with typical glutening symptoms.

I was here for breakfast. I had a bowl with an arugula salad, two poached eggs, and some potatoes. I ordered a garlic pao de quejoa on the side on the "when in Rome" theory of life. Everything was very good.
I didn't see a lot of gluten on the menu to provide cross contamination opportunities, just some regular bread for sandwiches.

I'm uncertain about this spot. I've eaten here twice and gotten matcha lattes three times in the last two months, and every time felt unwell after. I'm giving 4 stars because it's a cute spot and the food is delicious, but I'm not confident in its safety. The last time I went, my friend and I ordered the same gf sandwiches and the server wasn't sure which was allergy safe (changed gloves, etc.). Eat at your own risk!

I love this place and have now eaten here many times without issues as a sensitive celiac. The pao de queijo sandwiches are so so good. My favorite is the avocado & egg sandwiches on garlic pao de queijo. The drinks are also amazing - I love the pistachio lattes and matcha lemonades. I always have them add a gluten allergy flag to both food and drink orders. Sooooo good!

I’ve eaten here twice and both times had bad reactions (stomach pain, hives, fatigue, bloating, loose stool). I mentioned it to my GI doctor because I was pretty confident that what I ate was gluten free, and he told me that many people with celiac can’t tolerate tapioca flour (which is the main ingredient in pao de queijo). The food is so delicious, I really wish I could tolerate it, but unfortunately it’s not good for sensitive celiacs like myself.

Many gluten free options but unfortunately not many gluten free AND dairy free options. (Or Gluten free AND vegan options)
I ended up just getting a coffee because I couldn't find a GF and DF option that I liked (the gluten free pão de queijo has dairy in it, the gluten free waffles have dairy,, the scrambled eggs are made with dairy too).
Unfortunately I don't think this is the place for me, but if you don't have a dairy allergy or sensitivity I'm sure it's great!

The first time I went here, I clearly told them I had celiac. I ordered a soup and they assured me they could swap the gluten bread on the side with a pao de quejo. The soup came with gluten bread on the side. I told them, and they gave me a new soup with the pao de quejo, but still, it makes me feel a bit uneasy eating here. Honestly, I still went back, and the food is delicious, so I’d just say keep your eye out for stuff like that!!

Great food. They confirmed they’d use separate gloves and utensils. Didn’t get sick.

The pao de queijo mini sandwiches are so good and surprisingly filling for the size! I also really liked the sweet pao de queijo - haven't tried the guava but the chocolate and dulce de leche ones are so good.

I ate here on a Saturday morning, ordered everything to go. A friend and I split the smoked salmon pao and the grilled cheese pao. They were tasty, but heavy. Maybe too much cheese? I also tried the sweet guava pao which was delicious. I didn’t get sick after. I would eat here again.

Gone twice now for takeout and both were big successes! They clearly label gluten free and other allergens on their menu and online ordering, and have signs all over the restaurant about allergies. I’ve gone with pão de queijo sandwiches and the chocolate pão de queijo - all were delicious and fresh. I only order online when there are clear places to note allergies, and after chatting with staff there it seems like they all take celiac and allergies (I have a nut allergy too) seriously. Felt great after both times. Great atmosphere and really friendly staff too!

Amazing gf sandwiches and pastries!
I got the gf egg and avocado sandwich and the gf guava pastry and they were both so good.
The very nice cashier assured me everything would be marked as an allergy and prepped/cooked separately and I had no issues after!

I got a strawberry matcha latte with a side of potatoes / salad, and all passed my Nima sensor test and didn’t cause any gluten symptoms! I highly recommend the strawberry matcha latte 😋. They can make it with different types of milk too.

Gluten free cheesy breads and soups - no separate prep area but the staff is knowledgeable about GF and I talked to the chef and she said the buns are baked on parchment paper so not on the same cookie sheet. Eaten there multiple times without getting sick, and the breads are so savory and fluffy!
