You need to specify that you need your meal prepared separately or else it will be made on the shared griddle. Also, be sure to confirm that the GF item you are ordering is GF - I had ordered the turkey meatloaf hash (which is indicated as GF), however the chef ended up coming out to say it is actually not; the hash is made with panko breadcrumbs. I was glad our server and the chef discussed and relayed this to me! So, just something to be aware of.
