I worked here briefly. None of the "gluten free" options are safe. All of the "gluten free" pasta is cooked in the same water at the same time as the gluten pasta. The cook uses the same spatula all night on all dishes, so even the risotto is contaminated. There are no special protocols for gluten free meals at all, even if it is an allergy. Additionally, servers are supposed to know which items are gluten free/dairy free/peanut free and they just take a guess. I sent people away who asked for gluten free due to an allergy or Celiac because I knew nothing from the kitchen here was safe. As a Celicac, I never ate anything from the kitchen. The management will insist that their gluten free options are indeed gluten free because they don't know what gluten is. The grilled chicken is okay unless the grill cook uses the pasta spatula to flip it, which he often does. Even the strawberry salad uses contaminated candied pecans.

My daughter worked here, they cook the GF pasta in the same water as regular pasta. Avoid if you're serious about GF.

Horrible. I made the server aware many times about my gluten allergy and he didn’t even let the kitchen staff know like I asked. We were literally right next to the kitchen. Everyone looked very upset to be there and it was so slow. I wouldn’t trust them as it doesn’t seem like any of them care. Even the manager looked pissed off. So we just left. Safely.

Recently diagnosed with a severe gluten and wheat allergy. I was finally feeling better and ate from their gluten free menu, was severely sick! Diarrhea within hours, stomach pain and bloating and skin rash later that night! Very disappointed but the good was delicious.
No
Chefs are great for anything gf. Will make noodle options if call day before. Delicious.
Love the Pasta Brio! Limited menu but delicious. Kitchen is knowledgable and avoids cross contamination.
Yes
Phenomenal!!! I had the pasta brio, and my kids had pasta pompodoro. Both were full of flavor! Love!!!!!!! The gf menu must be new. There were 3 appetizers, 3 pasta dishes, and 3 entrees.
No pasta.... Limited choices.... But the chicken combo with garlic potatoes was really good
Delightful ambiance accommodating
No gf menu, but the chef comes out to accommodate gf needs. Very professional. Have gone back several times.
The waitress was accommodating. She showed me which entrees on the menu could be made gluten free. I had chicken limone which was delicious. I did not have any issues with it. They only had gelato as a gluten free dessert.

I went here for my prom date right before prom started. I informed my waitress of my gluten allergy and she seemed to understand. She brought out me and my boyfriends meals and everything seemed to be fine. I was feeling a little off and bloated when the chef ran out to tell our waitress she had given me ACTUAL pasta. There's really no way of determining the difference between gluten pasta and gluten free pasta at these locations. I highly doubt they have any separation between the two. If you have celiac do not eat here. Allergies are not taken seriously.
