Had a very good understanding of celiac. The kitchen manager came out and talked to me to make sure everything would be safe. They also gave me a allergen book and it listed all the things that were gluten free.
Yes
They have no understanding of gluten sensitivity. Condiments is about all I can eat here.
Pretty much nothing available. Staff told me the fries would be gluten free - turned out they share the same fryer as everything else. I'd go somewhere else.
Had a wonderful experience at Buffalo Wild Wings tonight. Didn't expect for them to have anything safe but asked anyway. The kitchen manager came out to speak to me and said that his sister has Celiac so he's familiar and he'd love to make sure I have a safe meal. Their chili and coleslaw are all pre-packaged and GF. He opened two fresh packages and personally handled everything and brought it out to me himself. And to top it all off, he only charged me about $2.50 each, the price for sides, even though he gave me big bowls of each. And the chili was soooo good!
If you go be sure to review the company’s nutrition guide as many items contain gluten as well as some sauces. You can’t go wrong with the cob salad. I asked that they change gloves prior to making mine since that have salads with croutons.

Make sure you double check with the location you want to dine at before going. Every location prepares their food differently. This is the only one in town that has a separate fryer for their fries. They will make the traditional wings in the fry fryer when requested. Never had an issue eating here.

Buffalo Chicken Salads are available with grilled chicken as a substitute. Fryers aren’t dedicated so options are super limited, but if you’re craving buffalo chicken like me, this will work.
Server was really great with GF precautions and double checked the bacon just in case. BWW has all their allergen and preparation info on their site, it’s very thorough as well!

I’ve never had a problem at bdubs before this time! I usually get the same thing (naked tenders with fries and medium sauce) unfortunately I decided to branch out and try the dirty dubs tots. Though on the website they claim to be gluten free I was sick as a DOG. It may have just been a bad case of cross con but I’d be careful of the tots in general. (I also noticed on the website they have a limited time baked tots that contain gluten which they may be subbing out for now)

No gluten free options in menu. Everything is prepared in shared kitchen and company will not guarantee gluten free due to cross contamination risk.
