SHARED FRYER. There are no dedicated fryers at BWW restaurants, therefore EVERY FRIED ITEM is contaminated with gluten. You can get a bunless burger (no GF buns) without fries or a salad- that's it. This is NOT the place to eat if you're celiac.

Desert heat dry rub traditional wings are the best anywhere. The staff is excellent, and Tuesdays are half price traditional wings.
I got severely sick from eating here and ended up having to go to hospital . Never again!

Waitress was knowledgeable and helpful. Wish they had gluten free rolls to enjoy burgers or a sandwich. But nachos and wings were a good enough meal. They don't have a special GF menu but they give you the allergen list in a special folder that allows you to see your options.
Buffalo Chicken Salads are available with grilled chicken as a substitute. Fryers aren’t dedicated so options are super limited, but if you’re craving buffalo chicken like me, this will work.
Server was really great with GF precautions and double checked the bacon just in case. BWW has all their allergen and preparation info on their site, it’s very thorough as well!

I’ve never had a problem at bdubs before this time! I usually get the same thing (naked tenders with fries and medium sauce) unfortunately I decided to branch out and try the dirty dubs tots. Though on the website they claim to be gluten free I was sick as a DOG. It may have just been a bad case of cross con but I’d be careful of the tots in general. (I also noticed on the website they have a limited time baked tots that contain gluten which they may be subbing out for now)

No gluten free options in menu. Everything is prepared in shared kitchen and company will not guarantee gluten free due to cross contamination risk.

Their online menu offers a few gluten-free options, but we were told there was nothing our Celiac child could eat safely. The chef was unwilling to make anything separately (baked or in a clean pan). So we had to leave.

Sat down only to find out they cross-contaminate. We were thankful for their honesty and left to find somewhere else.
