The server was very knowledgeable about allergies and the manager came out to talk to me personally. He reviewed the menu with me and let me know which foods would be safe and which ones would not be. He assured me that the food would be prepared as safely as possible and the cooks wiped the equipment before preparing my food. The waiter also brought out my food separately to ensure no cross contamination. I am very allergic to gluten and had no reaction.

Was willing to research and work with us on our meal needs
The staff could not even figure out what is gluten.
No
I assure you, you will be sick. Ive tried numerous locations in different states. Sick everytime. I'm gluten intolerant. They use the same fryer for all their fried food, and lots of cross contamination. If you look at the menu & see how many items are fried, then you will understand why your bone-in wings that are "NOT' breaded "WILL" make you sick. Everytime I have high hopes- everytime sick. Might as well eat bread.
Their allergy menu lists gluten products. Most traditional wings have gf sauce. Only bone less wings are battered.
If you go be sure to review the company’s nutrition guide as many items contain gluten as well as some sauces. You can’t go wrong with the cob salad. I asked that they change gloves prior to making mine since that have salads with croutons.

Make sure you double check with the location you want to dine at before going. Every location prepares their food differently. This is the only one in town that has a separate fryer for their fries. They will make the traditional wings in the fry fryer when requested. Never had an issue eating here.

Buffalo Chicken Salads are available with grilled chicken as a substitute. Fryers aren’t dedicated so options are super limited, but if you’re craving buffalo chicken like me, this will work.
Server was really great with GF precautions and double checked the bacon just in case. BWW has all their allergen and preparation info on their site, it’s very thorough as well!

I’ve never had a problem at bdubs before this time! I usually get the same thing (naked tenders with fries and medium sauce) unfortunately I decided to branch out and try the dirty dubs tots. Though on the website they claim to be gluten free I was sick as a DOG. It may have just been a bad case of cross con but I’d be careful of the tots in general. (I also noticed on the website they have a limited time baked tots that contain gluten which they may be subbing out for now)

No gluten free options in menu. Everything is prepared in shared kitchen and company will not guarantee gluten free due to cross contamination risk.
