I love BWW but gluten free is not a choice here. The last two times that have came I have order things off the gluten free menu online. Both times it had not end well for me. I definitely get sick and I learn my lesson. Please don't do it you will regret it I promise you.

Spoke with the General Manger, Wayne, tonight. He assured us that they do have a dedicated fryer for all bone-in-wings where nothing with breading enters that fryer (except on Thursday nights, boneless wing night specials). They have an allergen list for all items. This is a new restaurant and also a training restaurant the General Manager took our satisfaction very seriously! Of course there is the general disclaimer of cross contamination.... But they were willing to listen to our concerns.
Yes
Buffalo Chicken Salads are available with grilled chicken as a substitute. Fryers aren’t dedicated so options are super limited, but if you’re craving buffalo chicken like me, this will work.
Server was really great with GF precautions and double checked the bacon just in case. BWW has all their allergen and preparation info on their site, it’s very thorough as well!

I’ve never had a problem at bdubs before this time! I usually get the same thing (naked tenders with fries and medium sauce) unfortunately I decided to branch out and try the dirty dubs tots. Though on the website they claim to be gluten free I was sick as a DOG. It may have just been a bad case of cross con but I’d be careful of the tots in general. (I also noticed on the website they have a limited time baked tots that contain gluten which they may be subbing out for now)

No gluten free options in menu. Everything is prepared in shared kitchen and company will not guarantee gluten free due to cross contamination risk.

Their online menu offers a few gluten-free options, but we were told there was nothing our Celiac child could eat safely. The chef was unwilling to make anything separately (baked or in a clean pan). So we had to leave.

Sat down only to find out they cross-contaminate. We were thankful for their honesty and left to find somewhere else.
