The hostess went out of her way to help us. (My son has celiac.) She handed us a printed copy of the allergy menu and explained the cooking process. Fries are in a dedicated fryer but cross contamination is always possible. So she offered to bake my sons fries to avoid cross contamination. She suggested he order the naked tenders and assured us they would be cooked on a freshly cleaned area of the grill. She went into the kitchen alerted the staff and our waitress to ensure they were extra cautious. When ordering we inquired about their sauces, the waitress brought the printed allergy menu to us so we could decide which sauces would be safest. When we were leaving the hostess and waitress checked with us oonce again to make sure everything was OK.

Ask for sauce on the side because they toss breaded and non-breaded items in the same bucket. No designated dryer.
Buffalo Chicken Salads are available with grilled chicken as a substitute. Fryers aren’t dedicated so options are super limited, but if you’re craving buffalo chicken like me, this will work.
Server was really great with GF precautions and double checked the bacon just in case. BWW has all their allergen and preparation info on their site, it’s very thorough as well!

I’ve never had a problem at bdubs before this time! I usually get the same thing (naked tenders with fries and medium sauce) unfortunately I decided to branch out and try the dirty dubs tots. Though on the website they claim to be gluten free I was sick as a DOG. It may have just been a bad case of cross con but I’d be careful of the tots in general. (I also noticed on the website they have a limited time baked tots that contain gluten which they may be subbing out for now)

No gluten free options in menu. Everything is prepared in shared kitchen and company will not guarantee gluten free due to cross contamination risk.

Their online menu offers a few gluten-free options, but we were told there was nothing our Celiac child could eat safely. The chef was unwilling to make anything separately (baked or in a clean pan). So we had to leave.

Sat down only to find out they cross-contaminate. We were thankful for their honesty and left to find somewhere else.
