When I originally looked up where I was traveling to this restaurant came up so I automatically just went there. Well I regretted my decision later.
When asked about GF options the waitress happily went and got a old binder with only the nutrition facts in it dispute being labeled “allergens and nutritional facts” 🚩
Then when I found what should’ve been in that binder online it said “may contain” next to the traditional wings. When I asked the waitress she said they are GF we just have to legally say “may contain” but we use a dedicated fryer for those. 🚩
I should’ve just left and gone elsewhere at that point but I didn’t.
There was no special markers on my food dispite me telling her about my gluten allergy and someone from the back dropped off the food in a rush. 🚩
Well sure enough I pretty much had an immediate reaction.

Buffalo Chicken Salads are available with grilled chicken as a substitute. Fryers aren’t dedicated so options are super limited, but if you’re craving buffalo chicken like me, this will work.
Server was really great with GF precautions and double checked the bacon just in case. BWW has all their allergen and preparation info on their site, it’s very thorough as well!

I’ve never had a problem at bdubs before this time! I usually get the same thing (naked tenders with fries and medium sauce) unfortunately I decided to branch out and try the dirty dubs tots. Though on the website they claim to be gluten free I was sick as a DOG. It may have just been a bad case of cross con but I’d be careful of the tots in general. (I also noticed on the website they have a limited time baked tots that contain gluten which they may be subbing out for now)

No gluten free options in menu. Everything is prepared in shared kitchen and company will not guarantee gluten free due to cross contamination risk.

Their online menu offers a few gluten-free options, but we were told there was nothing our Celiac child could eat safely. The chef was unwilling to make anything separately (baked or in a clean pan). So we had to leave.

Sat down only to find out they cross-contaminate. We were thankful for their honesty and left to find somewhere else.
