When the waiter came over, before anyone said anything, they asked if there were any allergies. I said gluten, and they had the manager come take my order separately. She did say there were traces but they really were making the effort. They had a full allergy menu on their website. I LOVED my pad Thai and prawn crackers, and didn’t get sick!

Gluten free doesn't seem to mean gluten free anymore! I've been eating at this place for a couple of years as they clearly mark GF on things that are. But last night I was informed that actually they've changed their recipes and now "some of the sauces may contain some gluten"! So not gluten free at all! I feel really shocked at this as it seems very wrong to state on the menu they are gluten free when they aren't! Some confusion as to whether this was traces of gluten in the kitchen, but they seemed to be indicating that it was some gluten in the sauces (eg the fish sauce has wheat I'm guessing). Not good.
