They take Celiac very seriously. Clean gloves, made on separate area. Very understanding and friendly. I had the Yardbird and it was delicious!

Staff is lovely, very knowledgeable about celiac vs GF. I've eaten here multiple times without getting sick.
Main issue is the GF bread just doesn't taste great. I wish they had a celiac safe way to make a hot sammie because Gluten free bread needs all the help it can get to taste good.

Fabulous Gluten free sandwiches! They have cold or hot sandwiches served w/gluten free chips, however the Panini hot press is used for regular bread, so cross-contamination highly likely w/hot sandwiches. Recommend cold sandwich for Celiacs. I'm a fairly sensitive celiac, however I was willing to take my chances for a hot Ruben. Some brain fog, but no gastro ills & the sandwich was yummy! My daughter had the gf BBQ cheddar beef, that I tried, and omg delicious! Son had regular bread Italian and was very impressed! Staff was super friendly!

They have GF bread, which I saw is allergen free bread actually. Staff knew how to handle my allergy, changed gloves, and prepared my sandwich with a paper sandwich wrap. Keep in mind their warm or “smash sammies” are not GF since they use a sandwich grill press that is contaminated, so I would only order from the regular “sammies” which are cold. Also staff was super nice!

Amazing food and delicious GF options. The ingredients are top quality. Very safety conscious as owner has celiac family members.
