Do not eat here if worried about cross contamination. A restaurant employee that works all over the airport told me EVERYTHING is cross contaminated.

The reviews from 10 years ago need to be discarded. This location does have GF pizza, prepared in an entirely separate space.
Pizza is solid, a little pricey (over $20 for 6 thin slices), but it tastes good!
Ordered for delivery - the receipt had a clear “see manager!” marked on it, and the box was sealed with a gluten free sticker.

They have a small menu of certified gluten free pizza to choose from, it has a toothpick label gf place on top.

Believe it’s very server dependent. I asked for a gf pizza and he said no problem.... didn’t come out with “allergy pick” like I’ve heard others... still thought it would be okay... but sick today.
Upon walking in was advised gluten free was cooked in a separate part of the kitchen. Waiter taking order was knowledgeable. My 9 year old son and I are both celiacs. We had a gluten free pizza each and they were delicious. Nil issues later.

We were the first customers of the day and ordered two pizza to-go (1 regular and 1 GF). It took over half an hour for us to receive our order. The server at the register was kind, but we did not get any acknowledgment or attention from anyone else the whole time.
One of the pizzas was sitting on the counter for 15 minutes while we were waiting for the other to finish baking. It was served to us really cold and was not appetizing at all. The GF pizza was stuck to the bottom of the box and whenever I tried to grab a slice, half of it came off and I wasn't able to eat it uless I scraped it off the box itself.
Very disappointed. If we were not in a rush we would have asked for a refund immediately.
The pizza was pretty good for gluten free. All considering. I'm not going to say was the best ever but good.
The gf bbq chicken pizza was great, and I didn't get sick. Only rated four stars because the waiter was subpar

Asked if I had an allergy and noted it down when ordering from gf menu. Make sure you order from that one specifically or you may get hit. Pizza was fairly good though, better than expected. Menu seemed limited but broad in appeal - four or so pizzas to choose from. Margarita, pepperoni and a couple others.
We had the GF traditional pizza and pepperoni and they were both delicious. We also got the Italian Chopped Salad which was GF. The waitress was very knowledgeable. Our food was served to us by the manager so that there was no cross contamination while carry out the food. We were very happy and will definitely be back! 👍😃

Mirage location does NOT have the GF pizzas.
Staff is well educated on gluten free. The pizza was excellent!
Limited menu items, only salads, no pizza, or dessert, but their salads are good, especially the Waldorf Chicken Salad
They didn't have gluten free pizza which is too bad. But I had the caramelized peach salad and it was amazing. I would definitely go back again for this salad alone.
i had a great gluten free salad, but was disappointed i couldnt get a gluten free pizza.
great servers who understand gfree options....it only got a 4 star b/c the kitchen doesn't have a gfree space!
They have 5 pizza options guaranteed to be celiac safe and they’re so tasty!

The manager Mike was fabulous. He explained to me in detail that they prep separately, use a clean pizza cutter, and place an aluminum cover over the pizza in the oven to prevent cross contamination. They have gluten free certified pizzas (triangles on menu). Mike was very patient and totally understood the importance.

The servers, cook, and hostess went above and beyond to try to help me find a safe way to eat here! I was hungry and desperate. They were not very knowledgeable about GF options or celiac disease, but after some back and forth and lots of checking with the cook, they made me a cheese pizza on cauliflower crust. Precautions taken: hand washing, changed gloves, made my pizza on a separate pan so it never touched the prep surfaces. They also put down some parchment paper in the oven underneath my pizza since the oven often gets flour on it from other pizzas. Not the most ideal meal for safety, but I was starving and they were willing to listen and try to help which I appreciated!

Very good salads and very good GF pizza. Thin crust of course, but texture was great. We got the half size salads BTW. The full size are huge.

Solid choice. No gluten issues. My food came out separate and marked. I have eaten at different locations so I was not worried about cross contamination but some people may be concerned
