This establishment is NOT CELIAC SAFE. Waitress informed me that their kitchen is not celiac friendly or a gluten free environment. There is shared cooking space leading to cross contamination and all pizzas made in the same oven. If you are Celiac, DO NOT EAT HERE.

Cauliflower pizza crust was good. Our waitress was very knowledgeable about what foods we could order. Overall we all sat as a family and had a great time.

I had a great experience here and absolutely LOVE the gluten free Margherita pizza. It is certified gf, made on cauliflower crust (though you would never know it’s cauliflower). There is a separate gf menu, limited options but very good. Our waiter and the bartender were very friendly, and the cook brought my pizza out and informed me that it was cooked separately using new utensils, etc. Highly recommend!

This location does not have the separate GF pizza kitchen - but I asked the server to ask the kitchen to change gloves and take extra care and they did. Besides the GF pizzas, there is very little else that is available on the menu: just two items as I recall.

We decided to eat here as we needed a quick dinner option and they had tables open. The menu says they are able to accommodate allergies, however our server was not knowledgeable about celiac and was trying to offer me salads that didn’t even have a gluten free symbol by them. My husband got up and asked for a manager while the server was still talking to me because she was ignoring him when he tried to talk. The manager was very helpful and accommodating. She offered for my pizza to be cooked on a pan so that it wasn’t touching the oven surface. She also recommended that I only get cheese or a couple ingredients to minimize risk of contamination. So although there weren’t many options for me, she was transparent about what they could provide and I ended up not getting sick. Would not recommend this location for celiacs.
No
It’s not actually gluten free. The pizzas are cooked in the same space so there is cross contamination.

They do offer certified gluten free options now! They have several pizza options, as well as a cauliflower crust (which is delicious). Hostess and server knew what they were talking about, service was great. Might have been the best gf pizza I ever had. Not to mention the refreshing mocktails. Never been there before, but I’m a fan now.
Yes
Salad menu options for GF, about it. Don't even have a GF crust. Definitely NOT a celiac friendly restaurant.

Terrible California Pizza Kitchen location. No gluten free pizza offered at this location because the kitchen is "too small." There was a tiny note on the menu that I almost didn't notice that stated this, but it was after we had already sat down & we were starving so we stayed anyway. Had to have yet another salad. Slow service too.
Ridiculous no gluten free pizza crust at this location. Salad only option.
No gf pizza

This is dissapointment to say the least. not Ceoliac friendly. All there was Gluten Free was over priced salads.
Zero stars. CPK in the Mirage was horrible. Very rude and unaccommodating even though the website currently shows they are GF. Had an overpriced salad instead that wasn't very good.

Location in The Mirage is NOT gluten free!!!

Nothing but salad, no interest In accommodating, don't hurt yourself by wasting your time
Tried to eat here was told only a couple of salads were gf. Utterly disinterested in accommodating
The service is amazing. They explained how their gluten
free pizzas are covered and cooked in a separate space.
The margarita pizza was delicious. It was effortless, quick
and easy. This was a Las Vegas
location near the strip in the "Town Square" shopping
center.
This is an update 8 days later. I am very sick from the pizza.
Take into account that I am a very sensitive Celiac. I forgot
how awful it feels to have a major glutening.
Now it is 13 days later. I have been on meds for 2 days to help with symptoms. Update: 24 days later and am still recovering. I am on 3 meds that are helping finally. The ingredients are said by GIG to be safe to under 5ppm, my body disagrees.

The manager Mike was fabulous. He explained to me in detail that they prep separately, use a clean pizza cutter, and place an aluminum cover over the pizza in the oven to prevent cross contamination. They have gluten free certified pizzas (triangles on menu). Mike was very patient and totally understood the importance.

The servers, cook, and hostess went above and beyond to try to help me find a safe way to eat here! I was hungry and desperate. They were not very knowledgeable about GF options or celiac disease, but after some back and forth and lots of checking with the cook, they made me a cheese pizza on cauliflower crust. Precautions taken: hand washing, changed gloves, made my pizza on a separate pan so it never touched the prep surfaces. They also put down some parchment paper in the oven underneath my pizza since the oven often gets flour on it from other pizzas. Not the most ideal meal for safety, but I was starving and they were willing to listen and try to help which I appreciated!

Very good salads and very good GF pizza. Thin crust of course, but texture was great. We got the half size salads BTW. The full size are huge.

Solid choice. No gluten issues. My food came out separate and marked. I have eaten at different locations so I was not worried about cross contamination but some people may be concerned
