Cappuccino Italian Bistro

Cappuccino's is fabulous! Went for lunch back in December and was very impressed with the selections offered. The waiter spoke to the chef and then reported that they could adapt almost anything on their menu. I had the daily special on GF pasta. Incredibly tasty, pasta was perfectly al dente, did not have any reactions. Will be having dinner here soon.

I spoke with the owner. He was very specific that the gf options are cooked separately than the gluten foods. He was passionate when speaking about how important it is. I cannot WAIT to try their Northern Italian food!
