I asked the server if they would way their hands and change gloves. They gladly did, and also used new utensils for me when scooping what i wanted. Food was delicious as CAVA always is.

Delicious Greek-style custom salad/rice bowl or pita place. Most options other than the pita are gluten-free. Allergen info (including gluten) is available on their website. Ate here with other celiacs and no one got sick.

Cava’s in general are very celiac safe- there is only one gluten containing item on the menu and that is the pita. There is an online pdf available for allergens if you also avoid other things. This SPECIFIC cava has the best vibes and the staff is very kind and doesn’t make you feel like you’re annoying 👏👏👏👏 before I even finished my sentence of “I am celia-“ the employee was taking off his gloves and walking to wash his hands. He took out the allergens menu and checked everything I was choosing as we went down the line. I love this place but I will say they are pretty sloppy with the pita chip topping so I would recommend asking if they can bring out a fresh tin if you want something that’s in one of the tins beside the pita chip topping. I go here regularly and always feel really safe and taken care of and it is SOOO YUMMY

With the exception of the pita bread, everything is GF. It is so nice to be able to get a bowl made and then to just be able to get whatever you want in it without checking if each item is GF.

Amazing Mediterranean restaurant. Almost the entire menu is gluten-free other than their peta options. They have a variety of bowls and salads that can be made both gluten and dairy-free. Great environment and the staff are very helpful!
