Chalet Val Ferret

Most of their menu except for the pasta is gf. They explicitly make their polenta dishes gf (other restaurants make their polenta with wheat flour as a thickener...) and it was delicious! Especially with the mixed mushrooms (funghi). Fyi- They do have a note on their menu for celiacs that the corn meal may contain trace amounts of gluten through airborne cross contamination...
