This place is so disgusting and disappointing. Our food was late the kitchen didn’t even handle with care when preparing the food Very few gf options Pasta is cooked in the same water as the regular pasta. The staff is rude and disrespectful

The Cheesecake Factory has an extensive gluten free menu. Gluten free options include pasta, burgers (with buns), and cheesecake for dessert.
I appreciate anytime a restaurant has gf items listed on the full menu, however after several visits to Cheesecake Factory it is confirmed that this is not the place to go if you have celiac. They have brought regular bread with breakfast, regular pasta instead of gf (Thankfully I asked but by the time my meal came everyone else in the party was done eating. CCF did not offer to compensate in any way). Bread crumbs to top gluten free pasta I ordered on a to-go order. They put a piece of chocolate that is not gf on the gf Godiva cheesecake... I always leave this restaurant sick. It is a shame, wish they would get it together.
No
My herb chicken came out with noodles on it!!! if you have celiac disease do not eat here.

They can make several options gluten free, including burgers with really good buns. Not sure how they do with cross contamination.
Really tasty gluten-free food! Vegetarian & vegan options too! Celiacs be warned that sometimes regular noodles will get mixed in with the gluten-free pasta dishes. I've had that happen a couple times now. Easy to pick out but it's contaminating. Their salads are really yummy and large portions!
I absolutely love eating here! Best gluten free mwnu

Probably the most options I've seen anywhere that offers gluten free meals, and so far they've all been delicious! Plus, the chocolate Godiva cheesecake is gf...it's the only cheesecake you'll ever need!
Separate GF menu (just ask). Lots of choices with GF pasta (not the stuffed kind) GF desserts, GF bun for burgers. Had the pasta and Godiva cheesecake. Sooo nice to have choices AND delicious desserts! Can't wait to try more GF menu items!
Great options! Had the Pasta with chicken and sun dried tomatoes! Yummy! Also the GF cheese cake was scrumptious!!
Very big gluten free menu which impressed me! I ordered a pasta dish which was good but I'm ready to try something new the next time. The Godiva cheesecake is the only one gluten free but it's very good!
Roommate got the gluten free burger (which is served on gluten free bread) and loved it. The fries were also gluten free. Biggest gluten free menu of anywhere we've been. They only have one cheesecake that's gluten free -- the Godiva chocolate one -- but it's delicious. The only complaint was the wait to be seated. We've never had a wait of less than an hour and usually it's closer to two and a half. Even ordering food to-go takes an hour or more most of the time.
Yes
I got the chicken tacos but they were kind of bland.
Only had cheesecake but didn't get sick. Would recommend calling and asking questions

I have several allergies including gluten. I am not Coeliac but very sensitive to gluten so this is not a gluten- free kitchen. The waitress was knowledgeable and ensured my burger was prepared separately. She went through all the ingredients and advised accordingly. It was a real treat as I struggled during my holiday with my food allergies.

Not many gluten free meal options and only 3 cheesecake options. Definitely not the safest option but very good if you are willing to risk it.

Glutenized.. sick for days.
Although the waiter confirmed gluten free for my salad, it had to have been cross contaminated
I’ve been coming here frequently the last few months and I can say honestly if you’re super sensitive to gluten or allergic to it, I don’t recommend this location at all. I always make sure to tell my server I have a gluten allergy and it’s always hit or miss whether they take that seriously.
When they do, the food is amazing and they are super accommodating, giving me gluten free rolls instead of the free bread they usually serve and having my food prepared in the allergy section of the kitchen. A manager also took my order and verified with the chefs to make sure nothing would be a problem.
Unfortunately this level of care isn’t guaranteed and recently I’ve been getting really sick from the food, so I had to stop going altogether. It’s not worth the risk! The last time I went my food didn’t come with the allergy indicators they usually stick in it and I didn’t say anything because I thought the staff knew what they were doing. I got so violently sick after, I stayed up all night and had to call out of work the next day.
I feel bad complaining because the staff are usually so friendly and nice, but this really affected my health. I think people should know that they often make mistakes with the gluten free food, even with specifying an allergy :(
