Hello, this is my first review. I was diagnosed with Celiac yesterday but this is my first review. I was nervous to eat here because I am still getting used to ordering special and gluten free. Normally I would have gotten whatever I wanted but because this was my first official time ordering gluten free my options were limited. They have a huge menu, but limited gluten free options. There were some pastas, burgers, chicken dishes, salads, and omelette dishes. I settled for a turkey burger with a gluten free bun. The waitress was not surprised to hear a gluten free request and asked about accommodations. My burger came out and looked good. I’m pretty sure they brought me a beef patty instead of turkey, but i was more worried about my first GF bun! To my surprise it was really good. I have had bites of my mom’s GF buns before and know that there are some really bad tasting ones out there. With having regular buns lately I can honestly say that the taste was really good and close to what a good non-GF bun would taste like. The fries were good and also GF. Overall it was a really good meal. I can’t speak for cross contamination because I am symptomless and don’t react to gluten in anyway, so there is no fallout after eating gluten. I hope this review helps!

The Cheesecake Factory has an extensive gluten free menu. Gluten free options include pasta, burgers (with buns), and cheesecake for dessert.
Very poor staffing ratios amount to very bad service. I did not feel well after eating here. Also, certain skinnylicious items were not available GF, but the same large portion entree was. Strange.
No
They clearly mark what can be made gluten free on their menu, but state that they use the same equipment and there is a risk of cross contamination. My husband likes the Factory Nachos (not gf), but I have yet to find a dish that I like. My first visit, there was an hour and a half wait and I was served chicken that was only partially cooked, then they tried to charge for my meal, too. The other times, the food wasn't that great and I want to be wowed for a price tag that high. One time, they gave me a gluten free hamburger bun for table bread so that I could have bread, too. It was good, but when I ordered the hamburger with gluten free bun on another trip, the top was stale and the bottom was soggy. I would not recommend this place until the staff learns how to cook a decent meal.

I’ve been coming here frequently the last few months and I can say honestly if you’re super sensitive to gluten or allergic to it, I don’t recommend this location at all. I always make sure to tell my server I have a gluten allergy and it’s always hit or miss whether they take that seriously.
When they do, the food is amazing and they are super accommodating, giving me gluten free rolls instead of the free bread they usually serve and having my food prepared in the allergy section of the kitchen. A manager also took my order and verified with the chefs to make sure nothing would be a problem.
Unfortunately this level of care isn’t guaranteed and recently I’ve been getting really sick from the food, so I had to stop going altogether. It’s not worth the risk! The last time I went my food didn’t come with the allergy indicators they usually stick in it and I didn’t say anything because I thought the staff knew what they were doing. I got so violently sick after, I stayed up all night and had to call out of work the next day.
I feel bad complaining because the staff are usually so friendly and nice, but this really affected my health. I think people should know that they often make mistakes with the gluten free food, even with specifying an allergy :(

My daughter who has celiac told the waiter that she had a gluten allergy and would get very sick if he did not put the order in as gluten free. Waited over an hour for our food. The pasta she got looked gluten free but after 3 bites, she said it did not taste good. Within 15 minutes, she was sick in the bathroom. Told the waiter - did not seem to be concerned. Asked him to take the dish off of our bill and that did not seem to concern him either. Overall, do not eat here if you want gluten free food.

I let the server know I was gluten free - coeliac multiple times so she would get my order right and I confirmed with her again before my meals came out and she still gave me the gluten cheesecake instead of the gluten free one

I went here and ordered a gluten free burger and bun. The food came with a gluten bun. I sent it back as I noticed it wasn’t gluten free. I woke up sick as a dog for two days. If you’re sensitive don’t eat here. Even after the gluten free bun change I still got sick.
