Ordered GF burger. They brought it out with onion straws which were not GF, so I had to send it back. After getting it remade, the manager told me the fries are from a shared fryer.

I have celiac and I got sick from eating here. The staff was knowledgeable but the kitchen was not a safe environment. When i got my meal there was a piece of pasta on my place and i didn’t even order pasta.

After waiting almost an hour to get our food, my son started eating his GF pasta dish and found a piece of gluten pasta in it. The manager said “I’m sorry” and walked off. Will never eat here again after how we were treated - my son had even talked with our waitress extensively before ordering about him being a sensitive Celiac and could they please be extra careful 😳

I was dx'd with Celiac 7 months ago and have visited this restaurant twice since then while in town for medical appts. Both experiences were awesome! The server was knowledgeable about Celiac and how menu items were prepared. I was impressed! It was also delicious!! I never eat out, but I trust this place! Thanks CF!!!

This was my son's first visit & he loved everything about it! He is only 12, but even he noticed that our server Tara went above & beyond! We each had a GF burger, fries & the GF Godiva cheesecake...which were all amazing! If you are visiting this Cheesecake Factory, you can request Tara too- she was great!

Had the steak Diane and it was amazing, no cross contamination! Waiter made me feel confident that he could knowledgeably speak to all gluten questions..... I was too nervous to try the cheesecake, next time!

My husband and I can here with such high hopes.. We started with the corn cake tamales and they were AMAZING! Now you might be wondering why the 3 stars if it was amazing.. Well after the appetizer it went downhill, and fast.. They then brought our 2 entrees out and they looked wonderful! The person who brought our meal (not our server) then asked if we would like grated parmesan on top, and I asked her if the parm was gluten free (as I have found several that are not) and she was like its cheese.. And was argumentative with me about cheese being gluten free, but would not say that this was.. So I just said "no thanks" she walked away and seemed mad at me for asking.. We started eating and first thing I noticed is it was cold.. My husbands was piping hot.. So then after a few bites I found a mushroom in my pasta which was not supposed to have mushrooms.. We then asked the server to be sure and she said we were right and took the plate to remake it.. But that makes me wonder about how they actually handle cross contamination. So all in all it was an okay experience.. Would we go back? Maybe.. But that's a big maybe.

So many options. A GF next to the menu item denotes if it's available in a G-free option. Impressed with all the pasta and bread options!

Gf symbols on regular menu. Four or five pasta dishes, one chocolate cheesecake, and several other choices. My 4-cheese pasta with chicken was delicious!

I’ve been coming here frequently the last few months and I can say honestly if you’re super sensitive to gluten or allergic to it, I don’t recommend this location at all. I always make sure to tell my server I have a gluten allergy and it’s always hit or miss whether they take that seriously.

When they do, the food is amazing and they are super accommodating, giving me gluten free rolls instead of the free bread they usually serve and having my food prepared in the allergy section of the kitchen. A manager also took my order and verified with the chefs to make sure nothing would be a problem.

Unfortunately this level of care isn’t guaranteed and recently I’ve been getting really sick from the food, so I had to stop going altogether. It’s not worth the risk! The last time I went my food didn’t come with the allergy indicators they usually stick in it and I didn’t say anything because I thought the staff knew what they were doing. I got so violently sick after, I stayed up all night and had to call out of work the next day.

I feel bad complaining because the staff are usually so friendly and nice, but this really affected my health. I think people should know that they often make mistakes with the gluten free food, even with specifying an allergy :(

My daughter who has celiac told the waiter that she had a gluten allergy and would get very sick if he did not put the order in as gluten free. Waited over an hour for our food. The pasta she got looked gluten free but after 3 bites, she said it did not taste good. Within 15 minutes, she was sick in the bathroom. Told the waiter - did not seem to be concerned. Asked him to take the dish off of our bill and that did not seem to concern him either. Overall, do not eat here if you want gluten free food.

I let the server know I was gluten free - coeliac multiple times so she would get my order right and I confirmed with her again before my meals came out and she still gave me the gluten cheesecake instead of the gluten free one

I went here and ordered a gluten free burger and bun. The food came with a gluten bun. I sent it back as I noticed it wasn’t gluten free. I woke up sick as a dog for two days. If you’re sensitive don’t eat here. Even after the gluten free bun change I still got sick.
