I made the mistake of not checking here before we went with some family yesterday. The waiter seemed to lack care about asking for gluten free pasta and did not even ask if it was an allergy or preference as most places do. When I asked for gluten free pasta he even corrected me today so you want the farfelle pasta, I responded I would like the gluten free one please. I followed their online gluten free menu and unfortunately also tried their “gluten free” lowlicious cheesecake. Starting shortly after eating there the symptoms started. They shouldn’t advertise gluten free if they aren’t educating their staff on it. Even the waitress who brought the item just said the type of pasta it was and not that it was gluten free. I had to ask her to be sure and she just answered “uh sure”. I guess these all should’ve been red flags but I wasn’t trying to make a seen. I guess I would next time because I am absolutely miserable today. I would not recommend.

I’m not sure about the safety and I doubt if they have a separate area for gluten free food but being gluten intolerant this worked out ok for us. There were some options but not too many. I had the beet and avocado salad with chicken. It was very good and although not too much t was filling and tasted great.

The gluten free Chicken Cobb salad was delicious. Make sure to let water know since there is only one salad dressing gluten free.

The Cheesecake Factory has an extensive gluten free menu. Gluten free options include pasta, burgers (with buns), and cheesecake for dessert.
The waiter was awesome and helped me order celiac safe food and even got my slice of cheesecake himself since he wasnt sure if the bakery staff was educated on the protocol for celiac customers.

I called the restaurant to inquire about their gluten free options. I wanted to make sure cross contamination would not be an issue. I was told that they cook the GF pasta in the same water as the regular pasta and that they could not accommodate me by putting it in a clean pot with clean water. They also said things are cooked on the same surface, so the gluten free bun would not necessarily be gluten free anymore either. The woman on the phone asked the kitchen manager to verify the info. I will not be eating there. It doesn’t make sense to have gluten free items on the menu that will be cooked in gluten. Beware!

They have “GF upon request” items on menu. But the Shepherds Pie and Cobb Salad both tested “gluten” on my Nima Sensor.

I’ve been coming here frequently the last few months and I can say honestly if you’re super sensitive to gluten or allergic to it, I don’t recommend this location at all. I always make sure to tell my server I have a gluten allergy and it’s always hit or miss whether they take that seriously.
When they do, the food is amazing and they are super accommodating, giving me gluten free rolls instead of the free bread they usually serve and having my food prepared in the allergy section of the kitchen. A manager also took my order and verified with the chefs to make sure nothing would be a problem.
Unfortunately this level of care isn’t guaranteed and recently I’ve been getting really sick from the food, so I had to stop going altogether. It’s not worth the risk! The last time I went my food didn’t come with the allergy indicators they usually stick in it and I didn’t say anything because I thought the staff knew what they were doing. I got so violently sick after, I stayed up all night and had to call out of work the next day.
I feel bad complaining because the staff are usually so friendly and nice, but this really affected my health. I think people should know that they often make mistakes with the gluten free food, even with specifying an allergy :(

My daughter who has celiac told the waiter that she had a gluten allergy and would get very sick if he did not put the order in as gluten free. Waited over an hour for our food. The pasta she got looked gluten free but after 3 bites, she said it did not taste good. Within 15 minutes, she was sick in the bathroom. Told the waiter - did not seem to be concerned. Asked him to take the dish off of our bill and that did not seem to concern him either. Overall, do not eat here if you want gluten free food.

I let the server know I was gluten free - coeliac multiple times so she would get my order right and I confirmed with her again before my meals came out and she still gave me the gluten cheesecake instead of the gluten free one

I went here and ordered a gluten free burger and bun. The food came with a gluten bun. I sent it back as I noticed it wasn’t gluten free. I woke up sick as a dog for two days. If you’re sensitive don’t eat here. Even after the gluten free bun change I still got sick.
