Review of Chick-fil-A

When I ordered a grilled nugget meal without the marinade (because the marinade currently used has gluten), I was told they could not do it. That the operator doesn’t allow them to make any menu modifications. I have never ran into this issue before. They also said they couldn’t even do fries with no salt. When I asked what they offered for those on a gluten free diet the manager said they had a gluten free bun. It’s awesome they have the bun but without the ability to do the grilled chicken without the marinade it doesn’t help those who have celiac.
