Terminal A at airport. Cashier knew what my options were. Dedicated fryer so fries and chicken are gluten free. Big disclaimer sign at entrance bit staff even changed gloves.

Ate here on our trip home. Told fries and grilled chicken were gf and prepared separately but they could not guarantee no cross contamination. Let my daughter eat them even though I was nervous about it. She loved the fries and did not get sick.
