I had a really good experience here. I was starving, my flight was delayed, so I risked it. Crystal went above and beyond. I am very gluten sensitive as well as allergic to dairy. I sat there for quite a while afterwards waiting for my flight and had no problems with the food or service.
Yes
Host said they don’t have gluten free options.
No
I didn't go to this chillis but the usher told us there wasn't much FOR SURE gluten free options. So we headed over the califonia pizza kitchen instead where they had gluten free califlour crust instead. So I can't really rate it.
Went to the chili’s in terminal E. Staff seemed confused with my requests but luckily it was easy enough to find their gluten friendly menu online. Please note that online menu also states that cross contamination is possible here. Though they add blue * to show items that are cooked with items with gluten. Food was as expected okay and not the cheapest but such a find in the airport when options are limited.
I got the To Go. I used to eat at Chili’s all the time so I know what is and isn’t gluten free. Margarita Chicken is good without tortilla strips. Service is kind of crappy, but whatever.
Told us that they have NO gluten free menu items.
No
I'd give it zero stars if I could. Worst service ever. Couldn't even tell you about the food, as I eventually walked out before receiving it. Guess I'll have some chips. Definitely will plan in advance for this airport next time.
Very slow service and I got To-go food. Menu isn't labeled. I got the Santa Fe salad, a bit skimpy on the avocado. The kitchen didn't receive my ticket and it took personnel 30 minutes to even check where the food was. Food was good but still giving it 1 star. Unfortunately, it's the only gf restaurant in the terminal. Other places have chips, fruit and snacks to hold you over if you need it.
EDIT: I returned, ordered the salmon and street corn this time, and it was much better than the meat.
The allergen information can be found on the tablets. My celiac partner and I had no issue eating here after we informed the serves of our allergies. Food was not bad.

They have a good gluten free menu All the burgers are considered gf IF they don't have a bun. I ordered French fries, which are not fried in a dedicated fryer, however, I'm just sensitive to gluten. I ordered a mushroom Swiss burger that was very good. They didn't have any gluten free alcohol, but that wasn't a deal breaker for me.

Chili’s online menu lists their gluten free options but the options are mostly burgers without buns…

I'm a newly diagnosed celiac, and this was my first time eating out. I selected Chili's because it has a gluten free menu available online. I was pleasantly surprised at how much they offered. They also clearly indicated which items were cooked on surfaces where food could come into contact with gluten, and they even included which salad dressings were gluten free. We sat at the bar. When I asked the bar tender if their margaritas were gluten free, he knew what I was talking about. He didn't know for sure but thought the sweet and sour mix might have gluten. He was very patient as I figured out my order, and made a note for the cook to be careful. I felt safe eating the ribs, but it's so early in my diagnosis, I'm not sure if I would have symptoms if cross contaminated. The only reason I gave it a 4 is because they don't provide information on their drinks.
Update January 2022: I ordered take out steak with mashed potatoes and broccoli. No symptoms! And I have become extremely sensitive to gluten and know when I've been glutened. Also, heard back from corporate, and their presidente margaritas are gluten free! I'll be checking those out soon and will update if my experience says otherwise.
Update September 2022: I have eaten here at least 7-8 times now and have had a positive experience every time, including several times with takeout. I generally get the ribs or steak with mashed potatoes and broccoli or a salad. Still never been glutened.

So I have Lupus and I’ve developed a new problem… Gluten! I didn’t have time to cook yesterday so we tried Chili’s. I looked up the GF menu. Easy and printable! I ordered the Guiltless Margarita Chicken with a side salad, Citrus Balsamic Vinaigrette. So good! I did eat some chips (I couldn’t help myself) which probably explains why my skin is all itchy today. I give Chili’s a 👍🏻
