Went here hoping to grab something safe before getting on Amtrak. Their seemed to be a language barrier regarding “gluten allergy” (yes, I know celiac is autoimmune, but gluten allergy seems to get more attention in restaurants). I tried explaining the protocol as I have been to many chipotles before. She got the manager. The manager handed me an allergy card, changed her gloves, and then refused to get fresh food containers even after explaining to her that it was contaminated by the tortillas. She said “that’s too bad” and put away my burrito bowl container and then said goodbye. I went across the way to Cava where I had no problems. Unfortunately, this Chipotle is not safe like I’ve known every other Chipotle in the US to be.

I'm not as big of a Chipotle fan as the rest of the world. Food is ok.
Some local issues understanding changing gloves but very nice. Did what I needed. Other locations have been more up to date on contamination
Yes
Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."

I asked the front manager if I could get stuff from the back and she was passive aggressive the whole time about serving me. Eventually I told her I was okay not to get anything and she was verbally relieved. It was very upsetting and overwhelming going there. It made me feel like a huge inconvenience.

all offerings seem to be gluten free. I can always eat here safely.
They were so good with us! We asked them to change their gloves which they did. Felt very comfortable here!

Amazing! Everything on the menu is GF with the exception of their flour tortillas. You can check out their allergen list at chipotle.com > allergens. My bowl was incredible!

I came at a busy time but ended up not getting sick. The rice was insanely salty though, I had a hard time finishing my meal. I actually felt the crunch of salt. It seemed like someone spilled salt into it.
