Based on prior reviews, this one has obviously gone down hill. The two women behind the counter were not very well versed in food safety since I told them I had a gluten allergy and asked them to change gloves and they immediately looked confused. Neither washed hands, but did put on clean gloves. One started making my order, then instead of continuing it through to the end, she started taking the order behind me (which they ordered a quesadilla that she touched with her gloves) then came back to finish my order, instead of the other woman taking over. I only got things she could use a spoon for since she clearly didn’t understand that touching the tortilla would make me sick (no cheese or lettuce then). Would not recommend going here again. Overall the restaurant was very unclean (including the restrooms).

The girl willingly washed her hands up to her elbows, used hand sanitizer, put on clean gloves and got fresh cheese & lettuce for me.

Staff was quickly ready to accommodate gluten free needs. Staff washed hands, changed gloves and got new a new bowl and food from the back as soon as I stated I was gluten free.

Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."

Chipotle is my favorite place to get a gluten free meal. I dine here once a month at least and have not had a problem yet. Each time I was there, a staff member changed gloves. Once, I heard a worker warn another not to touch my dish as it was gf. Needless to say, I was impressed! The burrito bowls are fabulous!!
The employees here are very knowledgeable and immediately change gloves and wash hands when you ask for a gf order. Everything on their menu is gf (except flour tortillas) so there are plenty of options.
The burrito bowls are gluten free. Very good and I've never had any cross contamination.
This place is legendary. But more specifically, they're gf burritos are. It's the burrito in a bowl, or burrito bowl, as it says on the menu. Chipotle is the first to have a burrito that is gluten free, but just as big as everyone elses THANK YOU CHIPOTLE!!!!!!!
I asked the front manager if I could get stuff from the back and she was passive aggressive the whole time about serving me. Eventually I told her I was okay not to get anything and she was verbally relieved. It was very upsetting and overwhelming going there. It made me feel like a huge inconvenience.

Amazing! Everything on the menu is GF with the exception of their flour tortillas. You can check out their allergen list at chipotle.com > allergens. My bowl was incredible!

I came at a busy time but ended up not getting sick. The rice was insanely salty though, I had a hard time finishing my meal. I actually felt the crunch of salt. It seemed like someone spilled salt into it.
