Every time I go to this location they are super accommodating. They change out gloves and utensils, grab me fresh cheese and lettuce. I’m always hesitant to go to chipotle locations but never this one.

Here's my Google review: 5 stars! Brian, the new GM, happened to be the one to take my order when it was my turn this afternoon. I was very nervous about whether or not Chipotle would be able to accommodate me due to an extreme allergy to gluten. When I gave my order to Brian and noted my allergy, he went above and beyond without hesitation, changing out all of the serving utensils, meticulously wiping down the serving area, and making sure that I was being served food safe for me all while keeping the long line moving. Big thanks to you, Brian. I'll be back again and again!
Yes
I am gluten and soy free - I'm able to eat everything except for the sofritas and wheat tortillas. The online allergen menu was extremely helpful.
Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."
If I could give zero stars, I would. I went to Chipotle at Northgate last night, because I saw Chipotle listed on a "top 5 for allergens" list. Chipotle is NOT SAFE for CELIAC. Maybe it is for gluten free, but not for someone with celiac. While they offer options that do not involve a flour (gluten) tortilla, I watched as every serving spoon (beans, rice, etc.) touched the flour tortillas that went down the assembly line. They of course also touch the bowls. There are about 6 people that prepare your food, and there is no way you could be sure (and highly unlikely that it would happen) that each change their gloves before touching your GF food. Also, there is no way to prevent cross contamination on the counter assembly line that they use. A huge bummer, indeed as the food looks so fresh and tasty.
No
Love chipotle! Good clean workstations keep the cross contamination down.
I asked the front manager if I could get stuff from the back and she was passive aggressive the whole time about serving me. Eventually I told her I was okay not to get anything and she was verbally relieved. It was very upsetting and overwhelming going there. It made me feel like a huge inconvenience.

all offerings seem to be gluten free. I can always eat here safely.
They were so good with us! We asked them to change their gloves which they did. Felt very comfortable here!

Amazing! Everything on the menu is GF with the exception of their flour tortillas. You can check out their allergen list at chipotle.com > allergens. My bowl was incredible!

I came at a busy time but ended up not getting sick. The rice was insanely salty though, I had a hard time finishing my meal. I actually felt the crunch of salt. It seemed like someone spilled salt into it.
