After getting cross contamination at almost every other place we went, we decided to go to Chipotle since they have limited gluten and are usually a pretty safe option. We were the first customers of the day and I have to say it was some of the best Chipotle had in awhile. Idk if it was because we were the first customers and everything was fresh or if this location is always on top of it. It was a little pricier than other Chipotles I’ve been to. Not sure if this is because it’s on the strip or if it’s the same as other Chipotle’s in Las Vegas. They also open at 10am which is nice since not too many places are open that early on the strip and if they are the line is unreasonable long if you are hungry. A word of advice for eating on the strip; go at least an hour before you think you’ll be hungry and try to eat at off times. I was going to restaurants that had high celiac safe ratings but still getting cross contamination. I think this was due to it being busy so they weren’t taking the precautions they said they were.

Server washed hands and added new gloves but still got sick with a burrito bowl, so likely CC issues. :(
No
Yes they are gluten free but this one is highly cross contaminated. I watched as they finished up all the burrito orders and took the left over cheese and put it into a new cheese container without changing their gloves. If you are sensitive to any amount of gluten do not eat here!
Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."
The Chipotle at the Venetian... great staff. Knowledgeable. Nice. Showed me everything and even washed their hands and put on new gloves before serving me. Felt great afterwards!
Terrible! I have Celiac and got extremely sick from eating at this location.
Everything is GF and ask for the corn tortillas to be warmed between 2 foil sheets. And ask to change the gloves. Excellent mexican meal. One of the best!
Yes
The best chipotle I have ever been to. They were so understand of my allergy and I didn't get sick from it at all. I highly recommend going!

This one is always so busy and it's hard to get a seat but is good. There's also one inside Fashion Show Mall that was one of the best Chipotles I've ever been to. And they have plenty of seating and a lot less busy since its back in the mall a ways. Next to Johnny Rockets and CPK
I asked the front manager if I could get stuff from the back and she was passive aggressive the whole time about serving me. Eventually I told her I was okay not to get anything and she was verbally relieved. It was very upsetting and overwhelming going there. It made me feel like a huge inconvenience.

all offerings seem to be gluten free. I can always eat here safely.
They were so good with us! We asked them to change their gloves which they did. Felt very comfortable here!

Amazing! Everything on the menu is GF with the exception of their flour tortillas. You can check out their allergen list at chipotle.com > allergens. My bowl was incredible!

I came at a busy time but ended up not getting sick. The rice was insanely salty though, I had a hard time finishing my meal. I actually felt the crunch of salt. It seemed like someone spilled salt into it.
